This is for the every day yogi or at least 2x a week yogi who knows they will be here for the long haul. It’s a 12 month contract, with monthly auto renew. No fee for cancelling after one year. Couples is two married or in domestic partner ship adults. Family is 2 adults and 2 children under 18.

If you love us but have some commitment issues, perhaps you want to travel in 6 months, or like to switch it up a lot with different work out types, then this is a great deal, discounted for sure and after 3 months you are free to cancel no fee. Styles of Yoga We Offer
Power Vinyasa Level 1/2
Total body vinyasa yoga intelligently sequenced with options for All Levels. You will be invited to explore and become intimate with your own body to the level of challenge that feels resonant with you and your practice. Expect to twist and bend and wake up your body.
Power Vinyasa Level 2/3
This class is designed to challenge the yogi who has a solid foundation, meaning an understanding of alignment and comfortability with basic postures and sequencing. Expect opportunities to get upside down, play with arm balance and test your balance in creative transitions in between.
This class incorporates High Intensity Interval Training moves to get your heart racing. These moves will be interwoven with intelligently sequenced total body vinyasa yoga focused on dynamic mobility and total body conditioning.
This class will get your muscles burning in that deep, juicy way. This class is great for those newer to yoga because of the focus on alignment. You will learn how to breathe and find your flow through foundational postures.
Wake Up Yoga
Meditative slow flow yoga to start your day
This class will open you up and release tension in your muscle fascia through longer holds. You will learn to relax and breathe into the opening in your body. We will supply you with all necessary props.
Kundalini is the term for "a spiritual energy or life force located at the base of the spine", conceptualized as a coiled-up serpent. The practice of Kundalini yoga is supposed to arouse the sleeping Kundalini Shakti from its coiled base through the 6 chakras, and penetrate the 7th chakra, or crown.
A meditative fusion of Qi Gong and Vinyasa to move energy and bring your chakras into true alignment.
Buti Yoga 101
A soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and DEEP abdominal toning. It also facilitates complete inner transformation. Students are encouraged to let go of their minds and get into their bodies.
