Non-Refundable Deposit for Space Reservation

When clear agreements are made in business, all that’s left is to operate in love.

This is a Non Refundable Deposit to hold the space for an event you are hosting at the Heartbeat Collective. By putting down your deposit and completing this transaction, you agree to the following terms:

1. Event cancellations less than 30 days in advance of event will forfeit the deposit. Deposit will be refunded in full if cancelled more than 30 days in advance.

2. In event of illness or catastrophe with less than 30 days, the Non-Refundable Deposit will be held for scheduled make up event.

3. If 25% of the event revenue is less than the deposit, that remainder will not be returned. The $55 dollar deposit is the minimum we will keep from any event and is required to reserve the space. This booking/space rental fee is substantially less than the minimum rental fees through other spaces and platforms.

4. Full Payment for rental must be made 72 hrs before event begins via check or paypal to alexa@theheartbeatcollective.com , If payment is not received NRD will be forfeited and event will be cancelled. (This only applies for space rentals, not 75/25 split fees)

5. For Split Fees 25% event ticket sales must be paid via paypal to alexa@theheartbeatcollective.com within 48 hours with proof of ticket sales. (ex: screenshot of eventbrite payout etc)
