Training Flexibility and Mobility
In this two hour workshop you will learn how to safely and effectively increase your range of motion in hips, shoulders, and spine. We will begin with a yoga practice that includes different dynamic mobility and flexibility drills to warm up our bodies. Then, we will be going over themes of alignment across families of yoga poses to ensure you are building strength and flexibility most effectively inside of them. We will conclude with time for any questions and workshopping, and finish with a juicy cool down.
Flexibility is cultivated through meeting resistance in the body with softness. With breath. In relaxing and trusting that the breath will take you where you need to go, not by forcing anything.

Hannah has lived inside of this question- how to increase flexibility and build strength at the same time in a yoga practice, essentially a questions of balance- for several years.
