If you are looking for a vigorous workout, Yoga HIIT or Buti Yoga are up your alley.

If you are looking to deepen and expand your asana practice, perhaps try a Power Yoga or Vinyasa Level 2/3 class.

Or maybe, you want something more meditative? We have Gentle Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Qi Gong yoga for you!
